Sara Taylor is the lead physiotherapist at the clinic and has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for over 30 years, having trained at the University of Salford. Over the course of her career she has worked as a senior clinician in both NHS and private hospital settings, developing extensive experience in the treatment of complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Alongside her clinical work, Sara oversees the training and professional development of the physiotherapy team and supports colleagues in working through more complex cases. Her approach combines traditional physiotherapy with a deep interest in movement education and the role of fascia in whole-body function. She is a member of the International Fascia Research Society and has undertaken further training with movement specialist Joanne Elphinston, exploring innovative ways of restoring efficient movement patterns and addressing long-standing musculoskeletal problems.
In recent years, Sara has increasingly integrated relational and educational approaches to health, helping clients better understand their bodies and develop greater autonomy in their recovery.
Outside the clinic, Sara enjoys reading, cycling, and spending time outdoors with her family.
